Delivery Information For Retail Sales Within the UK

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Packet Post within 1-2 working days after full payment is received . Please note, a signature may be required at time of delivery.

Free Delivery

To qualify for free delivery your order value must exceed £30.  Up to that point there is a flat rate delivery cost of £7.50


Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched same day. Anything later than this will be dispatched next working day. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Damaged Goods

All orders are dispatched in robust packaging to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition.

We ask, however, that when your order arrives you check for signs of damage that may have occurred while in transit to you.

If goods have been damaged let us know immediately – we may ask you to send a photo of the damage.

When To Contact Customer Support

We will inform you by email when your order is dispatched. Delivery typically takes between 2-5 working days from this time. If your order does not arrive within this time please contact customer services via our contact form or by phone on 0141 577 0518.

At 15 working days beyond the estimated delivery time we consider your order “lost” and will resend or refund your purchase at your discretion.

Before contacting us, please check that your order is not awaiting collection at your local sorting office.

N.B. The above timescales can be affected by seasonal factors such as Christmas and bank holidays. Adverse weather conditions and unforeseen delivery problems may also affect deliveries.
