Placing An Order With VictorCotton.com

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted and a contract is made between us, subject to confirmation of payment and in accordance with our terms and conditions. We will not take payment from you until your order is accepted. In the unlikely event that the goods you order are out of stock we will endeavor to inform you at the earliest possible instance.


How To Place An Order Via Our Website

To place an order click the ‘add to cart’ button next to the item you wish to purchase. The relevant item will be added to the shopping cart and you can continue shopping. You can view the items you have placed in the cart by clicking the ‘View Cart’ button. Items can be deleted from the cart at any time if they are no longer required. Once you have finished shopping click on the ‘checkout’ button and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be given the opportunity to review or edit your options prior to payment.


Delivery And Shipping

Goods are usually dispatched 3 working days after your order has been accepted and payment has been received. Goods going to mainland UK addresses normally arrive 3 – 5 days after dispatch. Goods will be dispatched by first class postal service. If you do not receive your goods within 7 – 10 days of placing your order please contact our sales department on 0141 557 0158.


Refunds And Returns

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it any time within 7 days from the day after delivery for a full refund. Goods should be returned in their original packing. If returning goods within the 7 day period, please contact us prior to dispatching goods.


Damaged And Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for any damaged or faulty product to be collected and replaced at our expense.
